We are an art teacher and counsellor who share a passion for the crossover between creativity and self-care. We're here to help you make the most of your me-time.

As an artist and experienced art teacher, I believe that art has the power to heal and calm the mind. At Create Yourself Calm, I provide a safe and nurturing environment for both beginners and experienced artists to explore their creativity and find their inner calm. Our workshops are designed to help you relax and rejuvenate while learning new skills and techniques.

I am an accredited counsellor and mindfulness teacher and my passion is empowering others to manage and improve their wellbeing.  At our workshops I  aim to demystify Mindfulness through simple experiential practices so you can create yourself calm. We are here to support you on your journey towards greater peace and wellbeing.
